Prices shown below are current as of  January 1, 2011
for products purchased directly from Rack Release Systems.

Payment Options:  

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  

Delivery & Shipping:  

All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.  
UPS Ground is our standard  method of shipping.  
UPS overnight,  2 Day and 3 Day shipping is also 
available.  Orders received by 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time time will normally ship the same day.

- NOTE: We no longer ship on customer UPS accounts.

International Customers:  

Shipping charges do not include any import fees such as duties
and taxes.  international customers are responsible for all import 
fees as may be imposed by their respective import/customs authorities.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:  

Product may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund.  
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.

- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges and returns.
