Prices shown are current as of October 2013 for products purchased directly from Rack Release Systems.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Other than Canada): A minimum order of $150.00 is required for all orders placed outside of the US .

Payment Options:  

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  

Delivery & Shipping:  

All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  
Orders received by 12:00 noon PST will normally ship the same day.

International Customers:  

Shipping charges do not include any import fees such as duties
and taxes.  international customers are responsible for all import 
fees as may be imposed by their respective import/customs authorities.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:  

Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.  
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Product may be exchanged for any product of equal value  within 
30 days of the date of purchase. 
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
