Payment:
- All orders must be
prepaid in advance of shipment. Fax orders
may be sent to us at 626.628.3370. Please be sure to include
all credit card information with your fax including the billing
name and address as it appears on your credit card statement.
- We accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express credit
cards. -
International Orders:
- All international
orders must be $150.00 or more. We will
notify by return email when orders do not meet this minimum.

We do not offer terms. However, PO numbers may be submitted
within the "Special Instructions" portion of the "Customer
Information" page. We will apply these numbers to invoices and
packing labels.
- Credit cards are
not
charged until the time of shipment.
Shipping:
- All orders are shipped via
UPS or USPS.
- We no longer ship on customer UPS accounts.
- Orders received
by 12 PM PST will normally ship the
same business day.
