Orders placed during this time will begin to ship on Thursday May 15.

Payment:

- All orders must be prepaid in advance of shipment. Note that
  we are not accepting phone orders at this time.  Fax orders
  may be sent to us at 626.628.3370.  Please be sure to include
  all credit card information with your fax including the billing
  name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. 

- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit
  cards.

- We do not offer terms.  Faxed PO's requesting terms will not
  be replied to.  However, PO numbers may be submitted within
  the "Special Instructions" portion of the "Customer Information"
  page.  We will apply these numbers to invoices and packing
  labels.  
 

- Credit cards are NOT charged until the time of shipment.

- We ship most orders same day, Monday through Friday,
  when payment is received by 12:00 noon Mountain Standard
  Time.  Orders received after this time will ship the next
  business day.

 

Shipping:

- All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS.  We do not
  offer any other shipping methods at this time.  

- All UPS methods of shipment are available.  

- Orders received by 12:00 noon MST will normally ship the
  same business day.  

- Orders received after 12:00 noon, MST, will ship the next
  business day.

 

Returns:

- A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns and exchanges. 

- Returns for refund may be made within 30 days of the shipment date show
  on your invoice.  Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of
  receipt of RMA number. 

- To qualify for a refund the items must be returned in new condition.

- Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges:

- Exchanges may be made within 30 days of the shipment date 
  show on your invoice. Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. 
  Please email us at rackrelease@rackrelease.com to obtain an RMA number.

- Exchanged items must be returned in new condition.

- When an item is returned Rack Release Systems reserve the right to either
  exchange the item for item(s) of equal value or we may elect to refund the
  customers money.
