IMPORTANT: We will be closed from Thursday July 29 through Wednesday August 10.
Orders placed during this time will ship in the order they are received beginning August 11.

Payment:

- We require a minimum order of $35.00. This minimum amount
  does not include shipping charges.

- All orders must be prepaid in advance of shipment. Fax orders
  may be sent to us at 626.628.3370.  Please be sure to include
  all credit card information with your fax including the billing
  name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. 

- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit
  cards.

- International Orders:

- All international orders must be $150.00 or more.  We will
  notify by return email when orders do not meet this minimum.

- We do not offer terms.  However, PO numbers may be submitted
  within the "Special Instructions" portion of the "Customer  
  Information" page.  We will apply these numbers to invoices and
  packing labels.    

- Credit cards are not charged until the time of shipment.


Shipping:

- All orders are shipped via UPS.  We do not offer any other
  shipping methods at this time.  

-  We do not ship "first orders" on UPS customer accounts.

- Orders received by 11 AM PST will normally ship the
  same business day.  

- Orders received after 11:00 PST AM will normally ship
  the next business day.

 

Returns:

- Returns for refund may be made within 30 days of the shipment date show
  on your invoice.  Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of
  receipt of RMA number. 

- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges and returns.

- To qualify for a refund the items must be returned in new condition.

- Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges:

- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges and returns.

- All return shipping and re-ship charges are the customers responsibility.

- Exchanges may be made within 30 days of the shipment date 
  show on your invoice. Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. 
  Please email us at questions@rackrelease.com to obtain an RMA number.

 - Exchanged items must be returned in new condition.

- When an item is returned Rack Release Systems reserve the right to either
  exchange the item for item(s) of equal value or we may elect to refund the
  customers money.
