for products purchased directly from Rack Release Systems.

Payment Options:  

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  

Delivery & Shipping:  

We ship via UPS.  
UPS Ground is our standard  method of shipping.  
We do, however, offer all other UPS methods. 
Orders received by 12:00 noon MST, Monday through Friday, will normally ship the same day.  Orders received after this time will ship the next business day.

International Customers:  

Shipping charges do not include any import fees such as duties and taxes.  international customers are responsible for all import fees as may be imposed by their respective import/customs authorities.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:  

Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
