Low Price Guarantee

Rack Release Systems will match or, whenever possible, beat any legitimate online price for items which are identical to items we offer.  We will respond to your price match request on the same day your request is received as long as the request is received between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time.  Requests submitted after these times will be responded to the next business day.  

To submit your request please email us at lowestprice@rackrelease.com.  Please include the web address of the price you want us to match.

This offer is subject to the following conditions:

1.  Items offered by a competing online reseller must be of the same or similar specifications and quantity as those
     offer by Rack Release Systems.
2.  Items offered by a competing online reseller must be new, in stock and available directly from the
     online reseller offering the item.  
3.  The price of the item being offered by a competing online reseller must be clearly shown on a
     web page that is easily accessible from within the resellers web site.
4.  The price of the item being offered by a competing online reseller must be one that is available to the
     general public.
5.  The price of the item being offered by a competing online reseller must be the regular price as
     continuously offered by the reseller.  Dealer pricing, special offer pricing, limited time pricing,
     membership pricing, close-out pricing, combination offers other than those that are identical to our
     own "combo" offers will not be honored. 
6.  Price matching does not apply to shipping charges.  
7.  Prices for items that are successfully price matched are valid for 7 days.
