Prices shown below are current as of January 1, 2011.  for products purchased directly from Rack Release Systems.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: A minimum order of $150.00 is required for all orders placed outside of the US and Canada.

Payment Options:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  

Delivery & Shipping:

All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.  
UPS Ground is our standard  method of shipping.  
UPS overnight,  2 Day and 3 Day shipping is also 
available.  Orders received by 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time time will normally ship the same day.

- NOTE: We no longer ship on customer UPS accounts.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:  

Product may be returned within 15 Days of purchase for a refund.  NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.  

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges and returns.
